Pork Bacon, also called ‘English Bacon’ or ‘Canadian Bacon’, although the term is not actually used in Canada..its simply known as  bacon in Canada. Pork  Bacon is cut from the loin of the middle of the back of the pig. This thick-sliced bacon has more meat content and less fat content. Best eaten for breakfast worldwide, but can also be used in soups, sandwiches, salads, bakes, and more…so get creative!
